3. Appearance

Our masks are worn on the face, and medical masks need to follow doctors into the operating room. Therefore, the production of masks requires high requirements on the cleanliness of mask machines. 4. Electrical system

5. Transmission system

Transmission system includes motor, gear, reducer, sprocket, chain, conveyor belt and other main parts. We need to timely check whether the motor is attached with dust or other items that affect heat dissipation, whether the gears and sprockets are oiled, if there are really some attachments, we need to clean them, whether the tightness of the chain is appropriate, whether the connecting screws between various transmission parts are loose, and whether the lubricating oil of the reducer is enough. 6. Antirust

Corrosive liquids and objects, including sweat, are not allowed to stick on the flat mask machine. Because sweat is easy to cause the parts on the equipment to rust. If the equipment does not work for a long time, it is necessary to apply anti rust oil on the transmission system and easily rusted parts of the mask.
